Agua Boa Amazon Lodge

Located on the Agua Boa River, an uninhabited tributary of the remoteRioBranco, 200 miles northwest of Manaus, Agua Boa Amazon Lodge wasbought by the current owner in early 2007. Already established as a fly fishinglocation, the current owner has made a great location even better by improving the quality of the service supplied in all aspects of the trip. Our aim is to ensure all staff are prepared to go that extra mile to make every trip a memorable one.
Agua Boa Amazon Lodge is an Orvis endorsed lodge and was voted as one of the top ten fly fishing lodges in the world by Forbes Magazine spring 2010. The number of guests who return year after year are testament to the fact that they also believe that Agua Boa Amazon Lodge is a world class destination for fly fishing.

Your trip to the Agua Boa Amazon Lodge will begin with your arrival in the northern Brazilian city of Manaus. From the USA you can fly direct to Manaus international airport from Miami or Atlanta. From Europe you can fly in to Brazil from various airports (London, Zurich, Lisbon, Paris, Frankfurt, etc) and then connect with an internal flight to Manaus.  Guests should arrive in Manaus the day before they are due to fly to the Lodge (Friday), as the charter flight to the Lodge leaves very early on Saturday morning.

On your arrival in Manaus you will be greeted by our English speaking representative Ray Santos. He will arrange for your hotel transfer, and will be happy to answer any questions or queries you may have regarding your short stay in Manaus. On the Saturday morning you will be collected from your hotel and transferred to the charter aircraft for your flight to the Lodge.
